We like our residents to
have a happy and relaxing lifestyle on all three of our Parks.
With this in mind certain restrictions on residents are in place to
enable us to offer the environment that many of our customers seek.
Rickwood Park
was one of the first Parks in the country to receive the prestigious
NPHC Quality Award reflecting our commitment to a well maintained Park
and honest and efficient business practices. While the minimum age of
residents at Rickwood Park is 40, grandchildren are welcome to stay
during their holidays. By having no resident children, the Park
maintains a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Residents are permitted one
cat per home but due to the open plan nature of the park, dogs cannot
be accommodated. Pitch Fees (including water rates) for Rickwood Park are between £123.67 and £143.09 pcm dependent upon the floor area of the home. Additional charges include Mole Valley District Council Tax which is from £936.60 for Band A (2008/09). Some homes fall within bands B or C.
Restavon Park
unlike the company's other Parks has no age limit so children are
welcomed and designated areas are available for them to play in. As
with Rickwood Park, most of Restavon Park permits one cat per home but
no dogs due to the open plan layout. There are however, a limited
number of fenced plots where one dog per home is permitted subject to
certain conditions. Pitch Fees (including water supply) for Restavon Park are between £122.94 and £141.94 pcm dependent upon the floor area of the home. Additional charges include Bromley District Council Tax which is from £773.52 for Band A (2007/08). Some homes fall within bands B or C.
Climping Park
like Rickwood Park has a minimum age restriction but here it is 50 to
reflect the popularity of retirement to the coast. Obviously
grandchildren are welcome for holidays and short stays. Most plots at
Climping Park have their own parking bay on the plot and as the plots
at this Park are frequently fenced a dog is permitted on this park. As
with Rickwood Park, Climping Park is a recipient of the NPHC Quality
Award. Pitch Fees for Climping Park are between £116.88 and £135.88
pcm dependent upon the floor area of the home. Additional charges
include service charges and water rates which are paid annually in
arrears and Council Tax which is payable to Arun District Council is from £853.08 for band A (2007/08). Some homes fall within bands B or C.
