Rickwood Park Area

Residents can enjoy the sweeping hills and countryside which surround the Park.  Getting around the area is easy too, just a short bus trip away are the busy towns of Dorking and Horsham. 

A major supermarket chain runs a free courtesy bus from outside the Park entrance to its store. The local villages of Capel and Beare Green both offer a small range of shops, between them including a Post Office, hairdressers, dispensing chemist, doctors surgery and newsagent.

For the more active resident there are many clubs in the immediate area catering for bowls, cricket, football, photography and senior citizens.

Most Park Homes come within Band A for Council Tax which is currently £1,014.54 for 2012/2013.  Some of the more spacious modern homes may fall within Band B.  New purchasers should note that there is NO STAMP DUTY ON PARK HOMES.
