Rickwood Estates Ltd is a family run business and we have been operating since 1953. We own three Parks across the South of England, each offering residents a comfortable, quiet and happy lifestyle.
All our new homes are covered by the 10 year Gold Shield Warranty scheme and we are members of the BH&HPA and the NPHC and conform to the codes of conduct required by these two organisations.
